Internship Program
Welch Comer’s internship bridges the gap between academia and industry.
School helps build your technical foundation, but with how broad civil engineering can be it is important to gain practical hands-on application. With Welch Comer’s paid internship program, you can take the knowledge gained from school and bring it to life on real projects.
Our intern program is designed to immerse students into the industry as well as Welch Comer’s culture both in the field and in the office. Each year our program selects students to work in our Coeur d’Alene or Spokane Valley offices. You’ll join a supportive, values-driven team on real projects, with mentorship that builds practical, day-to-day skills and leads to resume-ready accomplishments.
Discover where you can make the biggest impact.
