Municipal Engineering

Many communities across the Inland Northwest face challenging infrastructure and land planning issues with limited or no technical staff. Welch Comer is regionally recognized as a leader in providing municipal engineering services to cities, districts, and counties throughout the Inland Northwest. We provide engineering services to more than 25 municipalities and have served many of these clients for more than 20 years; a testament to our quality service. Our engineers, surveyors, and staff act as an extension of the municipal staff, representing the municipality and its constituents under the direction of the elected board.
