Proud to be 100% Employee-Owned
Our employee-owned structure means every team member is personally invested in delivering quality work and long-term client success.
Building Long-Term Relationships
We prioritize clear communication and consistency, helping clients move confidently from planning through project completion.
WHY WE DO THIS
In short, it’s people. Not just the people in the communities we serve, but the people we employ. What began as a two person company has grown to more than 30 employees with offices in two locations. As of 2017, we are 100% employee owned, with an average employee tenure of more than ten years. We are committed to providing not only the best work for our clients but the best work place for our employees.
